Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely! Connect your own custom domains to your JotURL account, and use second-level domains or subdomains to create your tracking links.
What is a brand?

Can I customize my Calls to Action?
Of course. JotURL gives you customizable CTA templates for buttons, forms, social opt-ins, texts, and more. Starting with the Pro plan, you can also use custom CSS to design your own themes.
Do Calls to Action show on mobile devices?
Yes. JotURL’s Calls to Action are optimized for all devices — so your visitors will see them no matter where they are.
What conversion rates can I expect from my Calls to Action?
Typically, JotURL’s CTAs generate conversion rates between 5% and 35%. You can get a significant conversion lift by using optimization tools included with your plan, like retargeting and split testing.

What are events?
Events are anything that needs a metric to be recorded. For instance, in case of a branded link with a retargeting pixel, events/month represent the maximum number of clicks you can track each month. Please find more details here.
What happens if I exceed my events per month?
When you’re nearing your limit, you will receive at least two alerts via email and you will have the option to upgrade. If you don’t upgrade in time, your links will continue to be redirected, but any other feature (e.g. analytics, calls-to-action, conversions tracking, deep linking, monitoring, retargeting, etc.) along with the access to some areas in your dashboard will be denied, until your next billing date or upgrade. What if I need more events or links?
No problem! Just click the Standard/XL button in the table to view our XL plans for teams with larger needs.
What if I want to change plans?
Changing plans is a snap. Just go to your Settings in your JotURL dashboard, choose Account and select from any of our plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Change your payment method anytime from Settings in your JotURL dashboard. In any case, you’re protected with our 30-day money-back guarantee, on your first order, regardless of payment choice. For Enterprise plans we provide wire transfer, Wise and credit cards as payment methods.
What if I want to change or cancel my plan?
You can use JotURL as long as you need — there’s no minimum term or cancellation fee. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
